I just received my pictures today and wanted to commend you on your excellent customer service. I called upset that the USPS folded my pictures in half and put them through my mail slot making them usable. I called upset and they acted like there was nothing they could do for me since I didn't insure them through them. I called you and was treated so well and she sent our a new order express shipping and packed in a hard envelope and we got them days later. Thanks so much!!!

(Regarding Picture Program to District Office)

#1 In the schools I’ve worked in over that past 25 years, we pursued our own vendors.

#2 There has never been a cost to our schools.  We currently work with Doug Westphal, School & Sport Pics and receive excellent service.  They supply staff IDs and generic visitor and substitute IDs and they give us a collage photo of all the students each year.  Doug gives us the number of photographers our school needs to process quality photos of approximately 750 students on our Forms & Fees Day and returns for our mini Forms & Fees evening session.  They also take our club, activity and athletic group pictures.   I have never received a parent complaint regarding the price of picture packages. 

#3 At the present time, we’re not interested in changing photographers.
